Communication expert Kim Chang-ok revealed that he realized the importance of communication through his experience of not communicating with his father.

Kim Chang-ok's experience of not communicating with her father made her realize the importance of communication, she said.

He said, “Communication is not something you just do, it’s something you have to learn,” and “I realized the importance of communication and tried to learn how to do it.”

Chang-ok Kim currently works as a communication expert and gives lectures to promote the importance of communication.
