<A Tour of the Neighborhood> Waterway, flowing with memories – Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do

2024-07-30 06:11:05

This time, we are embarking on our 281st journey, following the site of memories leading to the waterway from Myeongsan-ri Lotus Village, which has been protecting the village with lotus flowers for 500 years, to the northernmost Gwanin Cultural Village.

The pink lotus flowers blooming in 7,000 pyeong of rice fields are at their peak.

Thanks to this, Myeongsan-ri is growing into Pocheon’s only lotus flower spot.

While admiring the lotus flowers in full bloom along the walking path, a local keeper sees three mothers and daughters picking lotus flowers.

Looking at the powerful river flowing through the mysterious scenery created by the canyon and rock walls, you will be amazed.

They say they make North Korean-style makguksu, which is made by pouring only dongchimi broth over buckwheat noodles.

A sound that makes a quiet mountain village noisy.

Even today, Yonghyeon's bike, which is riding on a dirt road, makes a particularly powerful sound.

Like a flowing stream carrying the memories of life, the story of Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do, which sits here and there and tells old stories, will visit viewers' homes on Saturday, July 27th at 3:50 PM.

Meanwhile, due to the narrator of A Walk Around the Neighborhood, actor Kang Bu-ja, going abroad on vacation, KBS announcer Jeong Yong-sil will tell the story of A Walk Around the Neighborhood in the warm and friendly voice of the next three episodes.
