Singer Bangsil (real name Bangshil, pictured), a former member of the Seoul Sisters, who left behind hit songs such as ‘Seoul Tango’ and ‘First Car’, passed away at a nursing hospital in Ganghwa, Incheon on the morning of the 20th.

After the disbandment of Seoul Sisters, Bangsil turned to her solo career in 1990 and enjoyed popularity by releasing songs such as 'Seoul Tango' and 'A Woman's Heart'.

Bangsil continued to release new songs and was active in the 2000s, but she suffered a cerebral infarction in 2007 and has been fighting the disease for the past 17 years.

Last year, he appeared on TV Chosun's 'Star Documentary My Way' and revealed that his entire body was paralyzed due to a cerebral infarction and he almost lost his eyesight due to diabetic retinopathy, causing regret.
