94-year-old Jeon Byeong-il is spending the last days of his life alone and lonely in an unfamiliar land, France.

However, within a week of his assignment, the army was scattered due to the Chinese offensive, and with no place to go, he joined the 3rd company of the French battalion at the recommendation of a member of the French battalion and participated in all battles fought by the French battalion.
