Hwang Dae-woong (57), a legendary folk wrestling athlete, died after falling from the roof of a hospital around 2:30 pm on the 4th.

According to the police and fire authorities, Mr. Hwang was hospitalized at a hospital in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon that day, and the caregiver who was with him at the time tried to catch him, but was unable to prevent the fall.

Ms. Hwang was taken to the hospital, but she eventually died.

The wrestling world fell into great grief upon hearing the news of Mr. Hwang's death.
