Park Yong-in, a member of vocal group Urban Zakapa, was put on trial for advertising beer without butter as 'butter beer.'

The Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office indicted Virtua Company, a company run by Park Yong-in, without detention on charges of advertising beer using phrases containing butter such as 'butter beer' and 'butter base' through convenience stores from May 2022 to January of last year. It was announced on the 2nd that it was done.

In March last year, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety filed a criminal complaint against Virtua Company, which planned and sold this beer, the manufacturer Buruguru, and the distributor GS Retail for violating the Labeling and Advertising Act.

Virtua Company is a company headed by Park Yong-in, and it is known that Park Yong-in commissioned the planning and production of beer and advertised it himself.
