Broadcaster and YouTuber Dex took small revenge on a landlord who had been scammed by rent by removing a rain gutter.

Dex previously announced that it had signed a so-called ‘tin can lease’ contract with a sale price lower than the lease deposit.

Dex said, “After repairing the leak, I filed a claim through the real estate agent, but (the landlord) took a dive,” and “I felt a strange sign at that time,” and said when he became aware of the rental fraud.

Dex has continuously mentioned the damage caused by lease fraud through his YouTube channel and has shown efforts to learn about ways to provide relief.
