51-year-old Yoon Hyun-sook records weight below 50 kg through diet

Singer Yoon Hyun-sook (51), from the group Jam, recorded a weight of less than 50 kg through her diet.

Hyunsook Yoon posted a photo of her on the scale on her Instagram on the 15th and said, "Her weight went down to 48.8kg.

She continued: “It’s ironic that her weight is going down because she’s losing strength.

“Some people are worried because they can’t lose weight, and some people are worried because they can’t gain weight, so I need to exercise harder again,” she added.
