Wider Planet, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 8th that it had decided to increase paid-in capital through third-party allocation to raise approximately 19 billion won, including operating funds.

Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung invested 10 billion won and 2 billion won, respectively, and thus became the largest shareholders of Wider Planet.

According to Artist Company, the two actors' agency, Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung will establish a strategic collaboration relationship with Wider Planet through paid-in capital increase.

Content production company WYSIWYG Studio will also participate as a strategic partner of Wider Planet by investing approximately 2 billion won.
