Earthquake struck in Japan, where Super Typhoon No. 19 Hagibisu is heading north.
An earthquake of magnitude 5.7 occurred around 6:22 pm on October 12 at the 114km southeast of Chiba, Honshu, Japan (latitude: 34.70 N, longitude: 140.70 E).
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) analysis, the depth of the earthquake is 80km underground and the details of the earthquake's damage are still unknown.
No. 19 Typhoon Hagibis swept the mid-air pressure at around 3:00 pm on the central air pressure of 950 hectopascals (hPa), the highest wind speed near the center of 43 meters per hour (155 km / h), and the strong wind radius of 430 km.
It is advancing north and south at an speed of 37 km per hour from the nearby sea (latitude-33.7˚N, longitude-138.2˚E).
Typhoon Hagibis, 19, approached about 60km southwest of Tokyo, Japan, while maintaining a strong medium-sized force around 9pm on 12th, and penetrated the coast of Tokyo, Japan.
After 3 pm, it is expected to change into a temperate cyclone at about 790km east of Sapporo.
