Lee Eru, sentenced to 6 months probation for drinking and driving

Singer Eru (real name Cho Seong-hyeon) was sentenced to six months in prison by the appeals court on charges of switching drivers and passengers after drinking and driving.
As he left the court, Yiru briefly said, “I’m sorry,” and then left.
Iru is accused of driving a car while under the influence of alcohol and switching drivers with a passenger in September of last year.
Chief Judge Jeong In-jae of the 11th Criminal Division of the Seoul Western District Court sentenced Eru to six months in prison and one year of probation on charges of aiding and abetting a criminal to escape, aiding and abetting drunk driving, drunk driving and speeding under the Road Traffic Act.
