Kang Han started as a track and field athlete in 2006 at the age of 12, changed to kabaddi in 2016 and played as a member of the national team, and later switched to bobsleigh again and played as a member of the national team in 2019 and 2021. He is talented in different sports. He had an active athlete career.

To commemorate the publication, he donated 2.5 million won worth of his book to a child care facility through the Korea Child Welfare Association, and supported children and youth by providing sports equipment donations for children under facility care and serving as a mentor for young people preparing for independence.
