In 1977, after the era of 'whole fried chicken', Korea's first chicken franchise, Sliced ​​Chicken, finally appeared.

Baek Jong-won ranges from fried chicken without any batter, to chicken battered with a mixture of starch and flour, chicken coated with water batter, and Crispy Chicken, which has been a trend in the chicken world since the 1990s.

The essence of Korean chicken, known as 'Korean Fried Chicken' and loved all over the world, will be revealed on Part 1 of KBS 1TV's 'Chicken Rhapsody' on Thursday, May 30th at 10 PM.
