“We will deliver sincere consolation.”

Singer Lim Young-woong expressed his condolences over the Jeju Air plane disaster that occurred on December 29 and announced that he would hold a scheduled solo concert.

Lim Young-woong's agency, Fish Music, said on the official fan cafe on the 1st, "We express our deepest condolences to those who were killed in the recent unfortunate accident and their bereaved families," and added, "We sincerely feel the pain together with everyone who is in sorrow."

He continued, “After much deliberation, we have decided to proceed with the concert in order to keep our precious promise to the fans who have been waiting for a long time and to all the staff and officials involved in preparing for the performance.” He added, “With our condolences deeply in mind, we hope that this performance will provide sincere consolation.”

“I will do my best to prepare so that it can be a moment of hope,” he said.

Lim Young-woong also expressed his condolences at the concert on December 29th, saying, "I feel deep sadness upon hearing the news that precious lives were lost in an airplane accident, and I would like to send my sincere condolences to the victims and their families."
