The movie “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas” tells the story of Bruno, a boy who was the son of a Nazi officer during World War II.
However, due to his father's transfer, Bruno has to move to Poland, and after losing both school and friends, Bruno begins to explore in search of new things.
In fact, the reason Bruno could not attend school was because a “Jewish concentration camp” was located far from his home.
From this point on, Bruno learns that the prison camp he thought was a farm is a place where Jews are imprisoned, and that the boy in the striped pajamas is actually a Jew.
As soon as she sees the Jew treating Bruno, she isolates him from him.
Looking at Bruno's mother, I thought that ultimately his hatred of others was derived from what he disliked about himself.
And in the second half of the movie, scenes of Jewish internment camps that are different from the reality are made into a movie to portray their rotten ideas.
And in the end, my heart broke as I watched Bruno die along with Shmuel and many other Jews.
However, the very next scene showed the prison uniforms of many Jews except Bruno, and I was shocked.
It was the audience who got caught up in Bruno's father's indoctrination, and felt shock and self-loathing as they felt sympathy for Bruno, which they had not felt for many Jews, as soon as he died.
