‘Complete collection of diets’, a new bible for dieters, to be released on the 12th

Amid the flood of information, 'SBS Special - Physical Experiment 2' revealed how to lose weight wisely and healthily.

On this day's broadcast, SBS reporter Kim Jong-won, a popular dieter who lost a whopping 40 kg from 135 kg, participated in a self-experiment.

Reporter Kim weighed 75kg in 2008, 135kg in 2018, and 85kg in 2023, the first year he joined the company. He has currently maintained his weight of 95kg for over a year.

In response to this curiosity, reporter Kim, with the help of an expert, began a self-experiment in which he stopped eating zero food for two weeks and then resumed eating it.
