The 303rd itinerary of “A Tour of the Neighborhood” departs for Hoengseong, Gangwon-do, making it perfect for a winter trip with a 8-month transportation corridor connecting the metropolitan area and Gangwon-do.

Taegisan Mountain, located on the border of Hoengseong, Pyeongchang, and Hongcheon, is the highest mountain in Hoengseong with an altitude of 1,261m.

Today, Taegisan Mountain is a sacred place for winter travel with pure white snow flowers covering the mountain.

23-year-old teacher Lee Myung-soon appeared like Joan of Arc for these children.
