UBC documentary ‘Hello, Shin -ri’ Private Broadcasting Awards

'Goodbye, Sin -ri', which won the Excellence Prize, is a film about the migration of the residents of Sinri Village, Seosaeng -myeon, Ulju -gun, located near Saeul Nuclear Power Plant 3.

This work has been well received by the judges in that it has recorded the changes and losses of the residents' lives beyond the issue of migration and compensation, and illuminates the history of nuclear migration from the 1970s from a local history point of view.

On the other hand, the grand prize was selected as the Gangwon Broadcasting (G1) 7 Documentary 'Border Border Panorama-The Wall of the World', and the Grand Prize was returned to Jeonju Broadcasting (JTV) 'Seoksan and Opera'.

The awards ceremony will be held at the International Convention Center in Chonbuk National University on the 18th of this month.
