The ONE Championship wrote a new history of martial arts with 85 million viewers totaling the 100th Main Event held at the Tokyo National Museum in Tokyo on October 13th.
According to data released by media researcher Nielsen on November 4, OneChampion 100 set a new record with approximately 85 million viewers across all platforms, including YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
The One Championship 100, which was broadcast live to 145 countries, divided into 1 and 2 divisions to show 24 martial arts games, 3 Muay Thai games and 1 kick boxing game.
24 martial arts games included three title games and two Grand Prix finals.
The Muay Thai flyweight title fight and the kickboxing featherweight grand prix finals were also held.
Three Korean fighters also participated in the One Championship 100 to share their new history.
Kim Dae-hwan (32), a former champion of the bantamweight title game, was unanimously judged in his flyweight debut, but Yoon Chang-min (25) and Kwon Won-il (24) delivered a triumph.
Kwon Won-il played the first championship 100 division 1st game (-68kg) and Yoon Chang-min played the second game (featherweight).
Both players made a good first-round win and set the stage early.
Two Korean fighters also won a significant victory in the One Championship 100.
Female Atomweight Champion Angela Lee, 23, has won the second-largest title 4th defense even in the one championship women's Choi Dai-za.
Lightweight champion Christian Lee, 21, won the tournament by winning the Grand Prix final.
Sister Angela has a Hangeul name, Lee Seung-joo, and her younger brother Christian.
Angela and Christian Lee's siblings are American citizens living in Hawaii, born from a Chinese-Singapore father and a Korean mother.
The One Championship held 116 events in 11 countries including Singapore until October 2019.
It is broadcasted in Korea through JTBC3 FOX Sports.
The Seoul Convention will be held on June 19, 2020.
