BTS J-Hope Japanese fans deliver hope sculpture and scholarship to Buk-gu, Gwangju

Japanese fans of global idol group BTS member J-Hope prepared a special gift to deliver hope to his hometown, Buk-gu, Gwangju.
Gwangju Buk-gu plans to use the scholarship through this donation to promote various projects for future generations and instill hope in the local community.
Buk-gu Mayor Moon In said, “We are grateful to J-Hope’s Japanese fans who have done good deeds for the local community for the dreams of future generations.” He added, “Using this gift as an opportunity, we will further revitalize the ‘HOPE STREET’ project that Buk-gu is promoting and help youth develop their dreams.”
“We will create an environment where people can go,” he said.
Meanwhile, Buk-gu is promoting the 'HOPE STREET' project to create a night view and photo zone in the area of Samgak and Ilgok-dong, J-Hope's hometown, and providing various cultural contents to youth.
