As controversy erupted over the filming of the group New Jeans' music video, including 'nuisance filming', a local Taiwanese production company issued an apology.

New Jeans' agency, Adore, denied the allegations of unauthorized filming and released an official statement.

Adore, New Jeans' agency, emphasized that "the content currently circulating online is not true," and added, "We received official filming permission from Taiwan's city hall and police, and we filmed within the scope of the filming permission."
