Great powers are already engaged in a fierce diplomatic competition, called the 'Scramble for New Africa', over Africa, which is younger than any other continent on Earth and has infinite potential.

African experts Professor Kim Dong-seok of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mapo Lor, a singer from Cameroon who works in Korea, comedian Kim Yong-myeong, who was active in African travel programs, and weather caster Bae Hye-ji, talk about the future of Africa as the last growth engine that the world is paying attention to.

Actor Kim Jeong-hwa, who has maintained a relationship with Africa for nearly 20 years through volunteer work and fair trade projects, and Rwandan broadcaster Marongho Moses, who studied IT technology in Korea, looked into future key industries for shared growth between Korea and Africa and further promoted national interests. We hear from Climate Change Ambassador Kim Hyo-eun, the first female ambassador in sub-Saharan Africa, about ways to exchange and cooperate with Africa.

The 2024 Korea-Africa Summit will be a turning point that will dramatically expand substantive cooperation by connecting the mutual strengths of Korea and Africa.
