Documentary ‘The Nation of Herbs’

These two grandmothers and Italian Michelin-starred chef Fabrizio Ferrari are joining hands to develop a new vegetable dish.

Their ups and downs are a journey to promote the value of Korean vegetables at home and abroad.

This collaborative project between two grandmothers who are top experts in vegetable dishes and a Michelin-star chef meets the healthy and simple food philosophy of our ancestors through a variety of dishes that involve frying, blanching, marinating, and seasoning the main ingredient, vegetables.

In addition, we explore the possibility of new tastes by attempting to combine Italian cuisine with traditional Korean vegetable dishes that can be easily understood by Europeans.
